CVS are the facilitating body for The Northamptonshire Trustee Network.
The idea behind this network is driven by an identified need. This has been voiced by various groups that believe that Trustees, Directors and Management Committee members have a need for support, and the best way to manage this is to facilitate the sharing of experiences between existing and new Trustees, encouraging exchanges of best practice and problem solving expertise.
CVS operates as an information point for a wide ranging number of organisations. They often need a helping hand to understand HR issues and of course financial situations. CVS are well placed to support and facilitate this type of activity.
So – if you are part of a managing board or committee – come along to our meetings and benefit from making new contacts with like- minded people with the same challenges that you face daily as a Third Sector Supporter.
